"Due to water damage in our kitchen, we were faced with finding a contractor that could do a complete remodel. Like most people, we didn’t know of any construction contractors and our friends and family weren’t able to offer any referrals so we turned to Yelp and Home Advisor for suggestions. As recommended, we called and set up appointments with several contractors and over the course of about a week; we met with about 7 or 8 in our home. Anthony Harding was one of the first to respond and clearly stood out from the other contractors we spoke with as he showed empathy for our situation and knew the importance of getting us back to normal as soon a feasibly possible. He told us up front that he had a couple of prior commitments but would give our job full priority once started. Anthony submitted a detailed scope of work plan and a proposed project cost that was very reasonable and so we gave him the job. So as not to be delayed, Anthony sub-contracted some of the rough work related to removing a soffit and repairing different sections of drywall. This was a comfort to us as we knew with the rough work out of the way; the remodeling work could start as soon as Anthony’s crew completed their prior commitments. Once started, Anthony’s crew of Richard and Ricardo showed up every day about 8 a.m. and worked until about 5 p.m. Anthony visited the job site every day and made sure to keep us posted on the progress of the job. I should add that they took great care to prevent dust from the job site entering the rest of our house by installing plastic sheets in the doorways. The crew was always very courteous to us and would gladly answer any questions/concerns that we might have. The project, now completed, took about 2 ½ weeks to complete once Anthony’s and his crew started. My wife and I are thrilled with the remodel and we’re very excited to start using our new kitchen. We feel so fortunate to have found Harding Construction and will be using their services for future projects as they arise. We have already gave several of Anthony’s business cards to family and friends and I can fully recommend his construction company to anyone looking for a fair and honest contractor that with his crew, will provide quality workmanship in a timely manner and at fair and competitive costs."

Anthony leveled the tile in 3 directions & used silicone grout. He was able to troubleshoot a couple of problems caused by the previous owner to make the guest bath look fabulous! Anthony remodeled all three bathrooms 2yrs ago and I still smile when I walk into them. Beautiful work, reasonably priced and always did his best to leave job site tidy. Very conscientious about his work. Listened to what we wanted and brought it to fruition. He also rebuilt the deck off our master, that thing isn't going anywhere, excellent work! We just recently had Tony remodel our kitchen, I LOVE IT!!! He always shows up when he says he will is very mindful of how inconvenient it is to remodel any part of your home and has always been a REAL pleasure to work with.
